Relocation Risk Assessment |
| A
safe, peaceful, crime-free environment is your first priority when
selecting a new home or business location. Unfortunately, the future
safety of a location can be difficult to assess without professional
help. Unlike some aspects of a Real Estate transaction, where
inspections and disclosures are required by law, you are usually on
your own where crime risk and neighborhood character are concerned. |
|
| CrimeWatch Changes
That!! |
|
CrimeWatch puts a team of experienced security professionals and
investigators to work for you. With their comprehensive report in
hand, you have the information you need to make the right choices
about the safety and desirability of your future home or business.
|
|
CrimeWatch is a three part program designed to provide an in-depth
analysis of your location's physical security, the type of activity in
the neighborhood, and the crime history as evidenced by public
records. Choose all three program components or just one or two. You
decide how much information you need to make an informed decision. |
|
| 1.
Security |
|
Using the highly effective concepts of Crime Prevention Through
Environmental Design, an experienced security professional conducts an
on-site inspection to assess overall crime vulnerability and the
effectiveness of physical security features such as door and window
construction, locks, lighting, landscaping, alarm systems, and other
security features. |
|
|
2. Statistical Analysis |
|
Available statistics and other pertinent data are obtained from local
law enforcement agencies. Analysis of police activity reports and
statistical data provides valuable information regarding types of
crime, crime rates, and the nature of calls for police service in the
neighborhood. |
|
| 3.
Neighborhood Check |
| A
skilled investigator conducts a door-to-door check of the adjacent
residences or businesses to gather facts and opinions about criminal
activity, disturbances and general quality of life in the
neighborhood. If desired, surveillance of the neighborhood may be
conducted to obtain firsthand information about activity in the area. |
